Designed to allow precision placement of small parts. The interrupter block controls the vacuum. The hand that holds the pen is used to position and/or rotate the part being placed while the other hand makes or breaks the vacuum by covering or uncovering the control hole on the interrupter block. Includes six feet of straight hose, handle and interrupter block.
